Talk By Dan Billing:
The Testing of Fear  
“The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown” HP Lovecraft: Supernatural Horror in Literature  
Dan will talk about how to recognise how fears can be managed and utilised in order to overcome complex testing challenges by helping us to understand some of the key psychological thinking that surrounds fear and how it can impact our testing .  We can then start to begin to develop techniques to manage our professional fears, and be able to support and nurture this learning within teams and the community.

Load Testing with Gatling by Jack Harris
Gatling is an open source load testing framework based on Scala. 
Demo of the tool Gatling and how we used it in a recent project to simulate user traffic.
